• You have not started or accessed the course after enrollment.
• You made the purchase by mistake or selected the wrong course, and you inform us within the allowed timeframe.
• There is a verified technical issue on our side that prevents course access, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• You have already started or accessed the course content (including lessons, videos, or practice tests).
• The course was purchased under a discounted or promotional offer.
• The issue arises from your own device, internet connection, or browser incompatibility.
• You are requesting a refund based on personal preference or change of mind after starting the course.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• You’ll receive a confirmation or update within 3–5 business days.

• Provide your full name, registered email, and payment proof.
• Our team will verify your course activity and eligibility.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• If payment was made in cash or bank transfer, refund will be issued through the same channel.

Course Replacement Option

If you wish, you may choose to transfer your payment to another course instead of requesting a refund.
Our team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.

Cancellation of Enrollment

Online Austin reserves the right to cancel enrollments due to violations of our Terms or payment issues.
In such cases, refunds will be handled according to this policy.
